Nothing makes me happier than to write a positive review. I only wish I could add hearts with extra stars. Some vets treat the office as strictly business. Some have become calloused and removed. Not these people. I am traveling in an RV with my baby boy. A couple of days ago he began getting sick and seemed to be losing ground fast. Last night I decided not to take a chance and get him in somewhere. Fate placed me 2 miles from Countryside Animal Clinic. It’s a holiday weekend…. Their schedule was full. They explain I may have to wait but they would see him. I never felt rush and they treated him like he belonged to them. Absolute top of the line service. One of the few vets in Citrus county that actually likes cats! Cannot say enough good things about the caring technicals and vet; listen to what we said, answered all our questions and provided guidance for our needs. Very very good with our cat - not afraid of him like the other two we visited. Worked extra hard to fix our perception issue with Publix to avoid impacting or trip out of town. Very great customer service!

Dr. Rao took her time to get to know my dog and was extremely kind...she sat on the floor to make my dog comfortable. Never had a vet do that before. I will always bring Bella to her going forward. Brooklyn was also very kind and she was great with Bella as well. I dont remember the man's name that came in to clean Bellas ears and do her blood work...but he was also awesome. I came to this vet because the vet I usually see couldn't make time for me on Friday...my dog had an ear infection and I didn't want her to suffer until the following Tuesday. Countryside took her right in same day. I am very happy that VCA didn't help me because they made me find someone better. Thank you so much for the great experience. Donna Santiago

Absolutely love this veterinarian. I moved here from a different state so I was nervous about which hospital would be able to treat my kids ( fur kids as I do ) and they really do if you want the best care for your fur kids this is the place as I’m beyond picky on who treats my kids. From the reception desk to every person I met there every one put my fur kids as ease with compassion and great service, I’m so grateful for having them as our vet veterinarian.
