If I could give them less than 1* I would. Grooming specifically. Arrived for a grooming appointment to be told "I'm sick and can't do it. We called you." They called after I'd arrived to drop dog off. This is after I've driven 30 minutes to get there. Just completely unexusable. I'll never spend another red cent there again.

Workers are always pleasant, helpful and competent.

We just moved to the area from Sarasota, FL and needed a groomer. I read all the glowing reviews about Paige. She was very friendly and did a great job.

Clean and stocked. This store has a lot of your needs for all different kinds of pets. Dogs, cats, rodents, birds, fish, snakes, etc. They even have days you can bring your pet for shots, and pet adoptions there as well.

I like shopping here, my baby is a finicky eater, so I'm always looking for something new. People here are always nice, and they'll order food for you if you like. It easy to shop here. Nice bright clean organized.
