I do not recommend this place. This was the 3rd time my little dog came back with an injury from this place. I should have not taking her there anymore. First time they cut her with the clippers 2nd time they cut a wart and this 3rd time they did damage on her cornea eye. My sweet Lady that is my dog’s name is a very calm dog. She enjoys baths. I took her to the vet and hoping she will recuperate. Now I have a vet bill too. Be cautious of this place.

This sweet Lady trims the toes on my Congo African grey parrot "Wooman". He's ferocious but not with her she's so gentle with him. 🌟

They scared of my little dog that they won't cut her face down when I paid full price both times. Very disappointed in that. Other than that I like taking him there. But I have to take him where they can calm him, and cut his face. His face is the MAIN thing. He looks terrible in the face when he comes from there. They say he has to be put to sleep. That will never happen.

They have groomed all of our dogs for years!!! Two standard poodles , a toy poodle and a Pomeranian… we have tried multiple groomers and LOVE Bainbridge Pet Salon!!!

Even though my daughter tried to groom my poodle, the ladies here were willing to help take him and cleaned him up and did a beautiful job. She was Sébastien to my allergies and didn't use products I was allergic to. I'll will definitely be back and definitely speak highly of the team here. Thank you!
