I recently moved to the area from out of state and was searching for a new vet when I came across Petsadena. I noticed some mixed reviews, which almost made me look elsewhere, but I decided to give them a try based on my experience over the phone and I’m so glad I did. From the very first call, the staff was easy to reach and incredibly helpful. They answered right away, and when my pet needed an appointment asap, they were able to get him in the very next day. When we arrived, my dog was genuinely excited to see the staff, and they were so caring and gentle with him. We saw Dr. Ye for my dog’s first exam, and she was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Excellent care by Dr. Reyna and her team, for both physical therapy and veterinary services. What I appreciated most is that care felt very personalized. Staff was very attentive at all levels. Would highly recommend.
