So thankful to have a knowledgeable and amazing pet store here in clarkesville. I have purchased a Moyan Poodle and a Minnie Australian Shepard from Whitnie. She cares for the pups in her home! My babies are genetic tested and are the best friends a girl could ask for! The staff here have become family as well! Whitnie and her staff always greet us with such happy and positive energy. They have such good variety of dog toys, treats, and accessories! And if you like reptiles ( not for me haha ) you are in luck! Here are a few pics of my babies from her!

This place actually deserves more than 5 stars. My first time here, I was adopting a dog that the owner had taken in to help someone rehome. The store owner was the sweetest person ever! She took time and answered all of our questions, we left having no doubts about the information on the dog. Fast forward a couple months, I bought a snake, not even from this pet store but went by to see if I could get information on the snake because this store has a great deal of them. The owner of the store stopped what she was doing and assisted me. Gave me way more information on the snake I bought than the person I bought it from. Even continued helping me get what I needed for him even though I know she was busy before we got there. We love going in here. Everyone who works here has always been so

This pet store truly deserves five stars for the outstanding care and attention they show to both pets and their owners. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions or offer helpful advice. The store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with high-quality food, toys, and supplies, making every visit easy and enjoyable. What really sets this place apart is how much they genuinely care about animals. You can tell the staff love what they do, whether they’re helping you find the right product or giving extra attention to the pets in the store. I always leave feeling confident that I got the best for my pet, and I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

I cannot say enough about the store or the staff, but Whitnie, the owner, exemplifies excellence!!! She is passionate about her pets, her company, her staff, her community, and her customers that rapidly become friends. Having purchased 2 dogs from her, I bear witness to the quality of breeding she consistently does and that her animals are well cared for and loved. This is no puppy mill reproduction of porely tended to animals. It is with zero hesitation that I recommend this company. Come back often enough and it just starts to feel like home!

A pet store that's truly a hidden gem. You're dealing with a friendly and chill environment here. No pressure to buy animals or products. But if you have any questions. They're knowledgeable to answer any questions. The young lady was very friendly and happy to help me! We enjoyed visiting here. Finding a good variety of small pets, reptiles, Betta Fish, Birds, Insects, and puppies. I feel much better about supporting this place vs a big box pet store. The Bettas are very telling in difference between both. Healthy fish that interact with you. A completely different contrast from the big box pet store.
