The care at this vet is truly exceptional, for the animals and for their people. I've expereienced routine care, emergency care, and end of life care for my dog and each level was so far above expectations, I wish I could give express in words how much their care meant to me. At Mill Creek you are always fully informed of the treatment options and costs, but never pressured to make expensive choices and always offered alternatives. As far as I can tell this is not a corporate run business. (A huge plus).

Our babies love both doctors. I cannot say enough of how they make you feel welcome and they know your baby's name when you walk in that door. I have yet not seen one person that did not stop & love on him when we were there.

All of my dogs go here, in emergencies I have never had to wait to get them in, they are awesome at finding the best way to care for my dogs and not break the bank. No matter if it’s new puppy issues or my German Shepherd who needed surgery for his hip dysplasia. They are respectful, kind, and above all else provide the best care my dogs can have!

This veterinary hospital is amazing! They took in a kitten with a broken femur, contacted our rescue (Be Their Voice Animal Rescue) to see if we could accept her (YES!), got her stabilized and on pain meds, completed the surgery, and kept us fully informed the entire time. And then, one of their amazing techs brought the kitten all the way to me (~2hrs) so I could take over her care. Just phenomenal animal care and people care as well. Dr Underwood and Dr Melhado and their staff are kind, caring professionals and if they were closer, I'd gladly use them for regular visits!

My boy Seamus hates going to the vet as it's always super stressful for him (and me). This was my first time going to Mill Creek after being referred there by my sister. What a fantastic experience!! From the receptionist scheduling the appointment (who took GREAT interest in knowing all about my fur baby) to the tech and finally the doc, Dr. Melhado, everyone was so loving and caring!!! They each really took their time with me and my cat, asking extra questions and genuinely listening. Seamus was so loved on and became SO relaxed, he fell asleep!!! This NEVER EVER happens!!! In this photo he was NOT sedated—that's him sleeping! Their prices were VERY affordable AND they take Care Credit! The doctor detected a place on Seamus' hips that was tender/painful and recommended a new injection
