some of these cages the birds are kept in are entirely way too small you can tell the birds are in distress. it’s so disheartening to even walk through there. and the older man in store is awful do not support this business

There is a lady with blonde hair that is amazing. We only trust her to cut our dogs nails now. When they were on Highland/Glenoaks next to 7/11 there was a dark haired girl, she always did poorly. So glad the other lady is there now but always forget to get her name since they are busy & with covid don’t wanna hold the line up.

This place is absolutely amazing. Today, my little cockatiel got attacked by an eagle. I let him outside (in his cage) for some fresh air and the eagle was picking at the cage and almost took my little baby. He survived, but his wing had been nicked. I was told to go to Pets R Us to see if they may have any medicine for him. Harut, the wonderful owner, took him out the cage and checked his little wing. He said all was alright and told me what to do to avoid infection. He gave me peace of mind, knowing he had been checked by Harut (who must have a lot of experience with birds since he was so gentle and so swift while looking at my little Tito). I also looked at some toys for my bird and some treats. Harut had a wide selection of items that were priced very well. My new go-to pet store is Pe

Bad experience ever bad customer service the guy said not to touch anything before we even enter !! We didn’t even go inside , my kid and I left. He was really rude . Never going there again . I would put no stars but it doesn’t let me . Nasty attitude, I wonder how they’re even open.
