Bought a yorkiepoo here 2 weeks ago. Spent about $1700+ on him then another $100+ on supplies. Quoted for his tooth to be removed 4 days later nearly $700…no notes on a tooth issue or a mention. Would have had me second guess the price and negotiate. The two girls working were amazing and patient answering the questions we did have. We reached out and didn’t hear back from them on Tuesday before Thanksgiving as they have a 24 hour notice policy when something is wrong with the puppy after taking it to the vet.. Given the holiday I understand the lack of communication but why wasn’t this issue found and expressed to me in his file? Our vet was cautious over his cough and prescribed an antibiotic. We’ve been advised to keep our dogs from each other and bring him back for examination. I just

16 years ago January 1st 2010 I bought my very own dog, Bella Miley from pets r Inn. I just had to say goodbye this weekend and my heart is broken. But I wanted to share with you my gratitude because this is where we met and she picked me that day and every day after ❤️

We have gotten 3 dogs through this place and all have been wonderful! White bi- eyed Boxer Luna in 2020 and now Lola in 2025. Our son & his wife got a beautiful blue eyed Husky too! Great people and truly care about the pets!

This is going to be a little bit long and I'm not trying to be rude or mean but honest! When you are selling live animals, you should not be doing only the minimum because they're going to only be there shortly!!! You should not be selling sick pets, such as hermit crabs! Because of the minimum barely set up because you feel that they're there for a short time! It doesn't matter, if they're there for one day, you should be required and every pet store that sells live animals should be held accountable For providing the proper care to make sure those animals are healthy and surviving optimally!! They are awesome! Great quick service! Always updated info on the website on the upcoming puppies. We bought a puppy from them in 2023 and we are in love! It came out that he's isn't a pure bread corgi but 87% is good enough for us. Strong, healthy and a great learner!
