I have used the self service dog wash and it was great! They even have happy hoodies you can use if your dog doesn’t like the noise of the high velocity dryer. They staff are polite and knowledgeable, they were able to point me in the right direction when my cat was having some problems. Highly recommend for your cat and dog needs!!

Well stocked pet supply store. New North Fargo location. Has in store do it yourself pet wash. Store is clean, well maintained & has front door parking. I received excellent customer service the first time. Poor customer service the second. Sales person was rude & condescending. I will not return.

The customer service here is incredible. They're very attentive, very helpful, and not pushy. The pet store is always hosting lots of sales and fun events. I adored building my cat a valentines treat box. First time visiting and signed up for a membership and will be back!

Took my 3 dogs in for baths and the staff was SUPER nice, even offered to tidy up the bath room in between baths. They were very quick and had everything ready for each bath before I needed it. One of my dogs is very uncomfortable with people and interactions and the 2 staff working were extremely nice and helpful when picking out treats after regardless of her ‘intimidating appearance’ with her muzzle! They were very accommodating with giving extra space and making her feel more comfortable while still letting her know how cute she is!🥰 They definitely had to love up on my other 2 that love people, made us all feel very welcome!

We stopped in to give our puppy a bath. The staff was super nice and helpful! We were supplied with everything we could possibly need including some treats! The store also has a great selection of products. Thanks for a great experience!
