I love the compassionate approach to puppy training. Our shy puppy is growing in confidence every day using the positive reinforcement techniques they taught us. The trainers are great at explaining their methods for beginners and are available via email after class for further questions. I can't recommend this place enough, especially if you're looking to build a good relationship with your dog while still getting effective training done!

I love Down Dog Studios! I first brought my adult rescue dog (Zula) there a couple years ago because she was very skittish and not very confident. By the end of the basic class she was an awesome student and learned so much. They use clicker training and positive reinforcement and it worked so well for Zula. This year we got a Labrador puppy (Goose). He did both puppy classes and I feel they are really going to set him up to be an amazing dog. He learned a lot of skilled like being introduced to new objects and vet equipment, how to play with other dogs, and basic commands. I will recommend anyone with a dog to give them a try.

I have learned so much in a few private sessions. Positive reinforcements creates more bonding opportunities with the dog. Reggie really responds quickly to Kish's techniques.

Kish is an awesome trainer and Down Dog is the place to bring your dogs for training without question. She and her team are great coaches and are very attentive during class and are great resources for questions related to dog behavior. They are all dog people who want nothing but for you and your dog to succeed together. Class is fun and the skills you learn are really helpful for real life situations that will come up with you and your dog.
