Pets Plus

This is a wonderful little store. Cami was exceptionally helpful in assisting me with selecting some new food for my cat. She truly goes above and beyond. On Sunday afternoons, a traveling veterinarian visits to offer services to pets at a reasonable price. I often go there to have my cat's nails trimmed.

I loved this store! The two people working there this morning were so helpful and patient with all of my questions as a new pet parent. Cami (?) gave me great ideas on cooking my own dog food and a connection to follow on Instagram for pet health. I will be a regular customer!

I’ve lived in this area for 30 years. I would have to say this is one of the most unhappy, rudest, unprofessional staff of any business I’ve been into. The people that were hired here are either unhappy in their life or they’re unhappy with Pets Plus management. Examples are a woman probably in her 40s or 50s long curly hair lots of tattoos she literally runs away so she doesn’t have to help someone unless it’s someone that uses her personal “pet sitting” business. Next is the Tall slender man is knowledgeable, but he has a tendency to be a “know at all” and he’s not very patient with customers. Plus the staff need to check body odor. Finally the last staff member that helped me with my two new puppies supplies literally walked away from me mid sentence and did not help me find what I was

This review is long overdue, but PetPlus has truly become my favorite pet store. They have every product you could need, and the staff is what really sets them apart. Everyone is incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable! I want to give a special shout-out to Kami, who went above and beyond during a very uncomfortable situation. While I was shopping a couple months ago, another customer began behaving in a way that made me feel unsafe. Kami immediately noticed, stayed close, intervened when necessary, and made sure I felt safe and supported afterward. Her compassion and quick action meant, and still means, so much to me and I can’t thank her enough. I’ll continue to recommend PetPlus not only for their great selection, but for the incredible people who work there.

Love this place. I just started coming here staff is super friendly and knowledable. They truly care and it shows. Great prices and great products. Much better than the big pet stores. A great place to go to for your pets needs.
