Pet's Palace

I know that there have been issues in the past with pets palace, but after they got new management I've loved going here to get supplies for my reptiles and beta! The staff are so kind and helpful, and they have a wide variety of animals to look at each time you go.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company cares about money and nothing more. People are saying they’ve gotten better with different ownership but I’d argue it’s gotten worse. My friend purchased a 20 gallon tank for an axolotl that cost her $95, she also purchased substrate and other decor. After realizing she could get the same 20 gallon tank off of Facebook marketplace for $25 bucks she immediately returned to the store to get her money back. The tank was still in its packaging untouched and hadn’t even been gone from the store for more than an hour. When arriving back they told her she couldn’t get her money back and it would be in store credit only! This isn’t even what bothered me. What bothered me is that they didn’t tell her before purchasing the tank that they had a no refund

Last week I got two rope fish days apart and I am 99% sure the 1st one had Ich and infected my healthy existing fish I've had for some time. I didn't realize my tank was infected until 24 hrs after I got the second rope fish. I take some blame because I've never bought fish from this establishment and there were two dead rope fish in their tank already but I figured it because the tank was just a bit overstocked. I also should of quarantined them both just to be safe. That being said, I called to try to at least get a new fish being the the other rope fish, though infected, is doing real good. I would just have to quarantine and treat the new one being that it's coming from the same shop.
