Pets of Sugarland

After my Dalmatian had surgery on his foot, he has been terrified of getting his nails cut. I have not found another groomer that has been able to work with him and get it done in a safe and flexible manner. They were patient and kind, even why he was doing backflips on the table. Through the glass I could see multiple kisses on his snout and there were plenty of treats supplied after. The women who assisted him assured me that although he was difficult, they would like to set a plan to see him moving forward and hopefully quell some of his fears.

Don’t recommend at all. Dropped my dog off for the first time thinking he was going to be in good hands as the groomer ( Patricia) assured me he will . Just for me to get him back with sliced bleeding ears and swollen/irritated eye. My poor dog is still recovering from his eye as they told me “soap must of accidentally spilled in his eyes”. To this day my dog can barely keep his eyes open. & then they have the nerve to Act like it was normal and not taking any type of accountability after this happened. There’s no way these people are cautious with your pet don’t bring them here, Save your money please. Don’t take a dog in if you’re going to be aggressive and not going to follow safety measures. Do not recommend plus they will tell you one price and charge you something else when your dog

This lady gave us our dog all cut up and had the nerve to say it is very normal because dogs move all the time. She quoted us one price and ended up charging us something completely different, my dog came out looking awful and so distressed. It’s heartbreaking the way she tried to brush off the fact that she gave me my dog bleeding. Never mentioned anything until he got in the car and I checked him. Please look for a place that does care about your dog. My dog will probably have anxiety whenever I leave him to get groomed again. My dog had knots and she was informed of that prior to the dog being dropped off, If they weren’t able to do the job she should have said something before taking him. Very unprofessional, no dog should be returned to their owner all cut up and be told it’s normal

I simply love Lola!! She is concerned for the dogs not just in it for money! Helped me out during a couple emergency situations! My dogs come back looking wonderful and happy! I recommend her highly!
