Ridiculously overrated! Just look at my dog’s before and after photos and decide for yourself. The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because they’re a local business — and that’s literally the only nice thing I can say. Schedule: Non-existent. I was given an “11 AM time slot,” so naturally I assumed the grooming would take maybe an hour or two. Wrong! It took nearly 6 hours to absolutely ruin her look. Fascinating how unorganized you can be and still survive as a business. Drop-off: A rushed “hi/bye.” When I asked when she’d be ready, I got: “Mid-afternoon, I don’t know! Bye!” Super convenient for planning the rest of my day 🙃.
