Pets Now Urgent Care

We took our 11 year old Aussie here for a check because she wasn’t acting herself. We were seen in a quick efficient manner by very compassionate staff. I unfortunately do not remember their names (I’m so sorry) but the tech who helped us (very cool tattoos) and the vet (with awesome purple streaks) were so kind and down to earth. Thank you so much for the wonderful visit this evening! 💜

I have been to this clinic two days in a row because my sick dog needed a follow up injection and fluids on the second day. All staff members I encountered were extremely nice, the vet was wonderful and the pricing was very reasonable for an urgent care clinic. I highly recommend coming here if your pet needs help outside of your regular vet's office hours.

Amazing staff from the vet assistant, tech, and the Dr. They made the very hard sad experience manageable. I can not say enough great things about this vet office and the team that helped us. They stayed after closing which speaks more about how they feel about the clients. I highly recommend them not sure how they do with regular exams or treatments but they are very understanding and patient when having to help you euthanize a beloved member of our family. They wanted to know about her and even made me laugh through the tears. I loved how they had a special room with a rug and turned the lights off and made the room calming. Went there last night for my dog who was limping & the women here were really fast and efficient. My husband went in with my dog (I stayed outside with my other dog. We were traveling from SC back to NOVA & stopped here) for his limp and they did give other comments regarding his heath that they did not have to. You know, you go to places and sometimes they give information for what you paid for, so I did really appreciate that as well. My husband said everyone was so sweet and caring for my big baby. I added a picture from a video of one of the ladies CARRYING my 110 pound dog in because he didn’t want to get up😅. I Also called in today with questions and got ann immediate response and answer. I'm glad to have found a vet that puts the dogs best interest in front of financial gain. The doctor and assistants got us in for care quickly, took time explaining what the causes for our dogs persistent itching may be came up with an action plan we put into place immediately. Cost was way less than I expected for this level of care. The genuine concern for my dogs well being and comfort was exceptional. Its as though they cared for my pet like she was thier own.
