My dog became suddenly sick and my previous vet office was unable to fit her in. I called this clinic and they took her straight away. Blood work confirmed her diagnosis and she was given medications and fluids. I was also given important information on where to take her over the weekend if she needed additional fluids (which she did). The vet we saw and the office staff were wonderful. We will definitely make this our regular vet office from now on.

After moving to this side of town about two years ago I started taking my dogs here. As someone that is highly invested and emotional attached to my babies I personally like a veterinarian that gives it to me straight while giving me a minute to collect myself if my doggos do have something wrong with them. (Literally an ear infection can send me into tears 😂😭) They have always explained all options that I have and what benefits each one has. The tech/front end person that I have dealt with is very knowledgeable, helpful and nice. A few days ago, I came in highly anxious with my new sick pup. She put me at ease just by answering all my nervous questions. I recommend this office.

I called ahead to ask about getting my dog’s stitches removed. I was told it would cost $18 as long as she was up to date on her rabies vaccine, and that the exam fee would be waived, even though we weren’t existing patients. When we arrived, they checked her vaccination record and confirmed the $18 price. But after the visit, they charged an extra $70 for a first-time patient exam, even though the "exam" was just checking her stitches — the same thing they said would be included. I feel misled. If they had told me upfront that there would be an extra charge just because she hadn’t been there before, I would have done differently. Be careful and get all costs in writing if you plan to visit.

We switched to Otterdale Pet Wellness because it was closer and they actually answered the phone when we called. Great practice with knowledgeable vets and office staff. Glad we switched!
