Very satisfied with the personal service that Debbie gives Our Lola and she looks forward to her spa treatment every time she comes. When we pull up in front of the store, she gets all excited! Thank you Deb!

Called on Saturday morning to arrange an appointment to have my cat's nails clipped. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude. She didn't give me a chance to even state the purpose of my call. The conversation didn't last more than 60 seconds and ended with her hanging up in my face. Not sure what her problem was but I wouldn't feel comfortable bringing any pet of mine here.

My dog Lulu just went a few months ago to Paws II. I was extremely satisfied with Debbie and her services. Lulu has another appointment on Saturday. LOVE THIS PLACE

Brought my new puppy in to be groomed. The owner was rude! Complained my dog barked too much. Complained my dog had matted hair. I just bought the dog. She said she had to think bought whether she wanted to groom my dog again.Never went back Went up the street to Shampoochies and couldn't be happier!

Great with our little Maltese Phenomenal ~ shampoo ~ trim~ nails etc ..
