I adopted this little guy a few months ago and he was bald upon adoption due to his old owners never getting him groomed and him having extreme matting that took 2 days for the shelter to shave and left him covered in scabs. Once his fur grew back I was nervous of how he would be with his first grooming since the shaving sounded traumatic and he also has a diagnosed anxiety disorder. Amanda was so understanding during booking, documented his background and had me fill out a card with info. They said they would go slow with him and do things at his pace. They were so sweet and gentle with him and reported back that he was a very good boy for them. They only took about 2.5 hours from drop off to have him ready and the price ended up only being $5 higher than the quote they gave me on the pho
