Johnathan was amazing with my cat! He was very attentive to her special medical needs, made sure to update me daily, and took great care of her while I was away. Will definitely be using him again next time I go out of town.

My husky Ronny has worked with Andres in the past for dog training and it helped drastically. Additionally, whenever I travel out of state for work I can always rely on Andres to be there to look after Ronny. He really does go the extra mile in taking care of your pet and making sure they are fed, walked, taken care of, and most importantly treats them like they are his own. I could go on for days but just know that Andres will always go above and beyond for your pet.

I absolutely adore Petplugz. My puppy Obi is only 8 months and thanks to Andres Torres, he has learned so much in so little time. Plus, he just really loves being with him. Jonathan and Andres continue to surprise me with their amazing work ethic and love/care for my baby. Andres would drive all the way from Morristown to Secaucus to take care of Obi which was more than accommodating. I especially love their platform and how easy it is to schedule an appointment/booking. They have by far started to change the game of dog sitters, walkers, and from what I’ve heard… potentially groomers as well. PetPlugz are always reliable. I don’t leave my frenchie with just anybody, Andres is really good with Aegon and he just loves him lol. I completely trust PetPlugz and I appreciate the pictures throughout the day.

We’ve tried many services before in the area, but our dog never seemed the same afterward. With Andreas, it was a completely different experience—Leo was genuinely happy and well taken care of. We could tell he was in great hands!
