Morris Animal Inn

I have been meaning to write a review for MAI for a while, but life kept getting busy. Today, however, they went so far above and beyond that I stopped what I was doing to write this. Full disclosure: my boyfriend and I are DINKWADs and absolutely treat our puppy like our child, because she is, LOL. This will be a longer review, but when it comes to who you trust with your pets, the details matter. The facility itself is incredible, honestly comparable to a 5-star hotel. If you ask, they are happy to give you a tour. They have a puppy nursery, an indoor heated pool, training areas, and multiple outdoor spaces. Everything is so clean, calm, and thoughtfully designed. The staff is even more impressive. From the moment you walk in, they know exactly who you are. Even on our very first visit

I cannot say enough about how great Morris Animal Inn has been for my dog, Blue. She is turning 14 years young next month and has been enjoying, lodging, grooming, and day care since she was only 4 months old. The care is incredible and they took great care of her when she seemed a little down while we were away in Wyoming, calling me and giving me very positive updates. I never worried because I knew she was in great hands. We LOVE MAI!

My dog Jay loves it here. The staff are so warm and welcoming. I can tell they really care about each dog. I do love they work on training during daycare and I can see it in his behavior. Sometimes he doesn’t want to leave because he loves the staff so much. I would definitely recommend them for both boarding and daycare

Morris Animal Inn is exceptional for daycare, training, and lodging. My 3 year old Westie has been going for a once weekly training and daycare as soon as she was old enough. She has become an attentive, happy,, playful, well mannered pup. We also board her when we travel, sometimes for a couple weeks at a time. Every instance of irregularity is brought to my attention immediately and dealt with professionally.. and when all is well I know she’s having fun and being treated with great care. She is also beautifully groomed before we return. I am truly impressed by their professionalism and warmth. We’ve been using MAI for about a year now for daycare, training, boarding and grooming. I can’t say enough good things. They are always accommodating, always kind, and most importantly my girl loves it there. She runs right in tail wagging every time and never looks back. And they clearly love her, and that’s important. My boxer/pit mix is very antisocial when it comes to other dogs, and they are able to accommodate her needs, even while taking her into and out of the lobby, as well as while she’s there for a stay. I did a lot of research before I brought her and their safety and security protocols are also top notch. Your fur babies will be safe and pampered at MAI.
