My cat's medicine (vet approved prescription) was on backorder and they didn't know when it will be restocked. I cancelled the order. It has been over 1 month and I have not received my refund. When I call customer service (several times), they tell me they have no way to check if the refund was processed. Dishonest company! Update: Petpawsrx got back to me promptly since I posted the review to clarify the refund. I've looked over my credit card details and my card was never charged. The amount was on hold but never posted since I cancelled the order. Thank you for getting back to me and clarifying. I've updated my 1 star to 4 stars. My item never showed up. This company somehow created a ups tracking but when you go look at it says never received package? I was emailing someone there they said it still might show this weekend which was 1/31/26 nothing so I emailed them back 2/1/26 no response they have yet to respond? Considering they responded with in a day last time they didn't this time. This place is scam!! Do not buy anything from here..

I have purchased ivermectin on 2 occasions, the first time was a lengthy process due to being back ordered, but was assured it would ship when they received it. My second purchase was lightning fast and I received my order before my bank account was charged. So I will be doing business with them from now on, and their prices are unbelievable. You did not do rt by the customer at all!! You didn't add extra ice as I was told. Also was told 2 different story's on what happen to the order. The story I was told it sat in the warehouse package over the weekend. You have stoled from a customer.
