Petlover Central

I have been bringing my dog, Moxie, to Petlovers Central for doggy daycare five days a week for over a year, and we couldn’t be happier. The staff are incredible—extremely patient, caring, and loving with the dogs. Every morning at drop-off, Moxie races toward their front door, excited to play with her friends. I especially appreciate the live webcams, which let me check in throughout the day. When Moxie first started going as a puppy, she would sit in the corner and bark incessantly at everyone. Over time, thanks to the staff and their environment, she learned how to properly socialize with both dogs and people. Petlovers Central has truly become a second home for us, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, loving, and fun daycare for their dog.

Pet Lover Central is absolutely amazing. Our dog truly loves going there, both for doggy daycare and for boarding. The staff is incredible, the facility is always clean, and you can genuinely tell how much they care about the animals. It gives us total peace of mind knowing our dog is in such great hands. We just picked up our dog, Mabel after a week. she was really well cared for and I appreciated a couple of texts when there was a question about her food. I wouldn’t keep my pet anywhere else. I feel the place is clean and safe and the staff really loves and takes good care of the dogs. The manager is especially caring! The WebCam is a great feature and you can take a peek at your pup while you are traveling. Also, the extra fee for a bath at the end of the day is totally worth it!!! Mabel came home, smelling great, happy and worn out from play. Just picking up Mabel from another stay at pet lover Central. Mabel was well cared for nearly 2 weeks. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at Pet Lover Central in Boca Raton was troubling enough that I feel other dog owners should be aware. From the start, communication was disorganized. I had already sent in my dogs’ vaccine records, yet I was asked to resend them because staff couldn’t access the email address I was originally told to use. This was frustrating and felt like an unnecessary waste of time. When I picked up my dogs, several issues raised serious concerns for me. Their bed was returned broken, some of their toys were missing, none of their food was given back, and all of their treats were untouched which made me question what level of care they actually received during their stay. Great place! My dog had a blast! Staff were really nice! I took my dog in for a consultation on a Saturday and brought him back a few days later and was impressed that they remembered his name. I called another local pet daycare that is highly rated and I got a much better vibe from pet lovers central. Will definitely be going back!
