Stopped by Petland today to look at some dogs, and Jesse made the experience so great! He was super friendly, welcoming, and really knowledgeable about the dogs. You can tell he genuinely cares about the animals and the people who come in. He made us feel comfortable and never rushed us. Such a positive experience. Employees like Jesse make a big difference! Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! He needs a raise or at least a bonus.

Beautiful well taken care of animals as well as amazing care givers, this is Ms puff a very sweet and calm corgi come say hi maybe even give them a home.

I came in to shop for some health products for my dog and I was helped by Natalia. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. The customer service was amazing. The products I purchased helped my dog out and then I got some toys for him as well, which he loves. I’m very thankful and would recommend the West Petland for anyone needing to buy products or get a puppy. I’d especially recommend Natalia as she will make sure you’re taken care of!!!
