What a great pet store!! The cleanest store I've ever seen. And the staff were unbelievable. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Bella is what all sales people should strive to be. This will be our go-to pet store from now on. Thank you Petland!!

I had such a great experience at Petland in Valdosta, GA, thanks to Cheyanne. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely knowledgeable. My cat has a chicken allergy and Cheyanne took her time helping me find a healthy cat food that wouldn’t trigger her allergy. She never rushed me & she answered all my questions. She even went the extra mile to help me pick out healthier treats for my cat too. She was so sweet about it & told me what treats she gives her cats; You can tell she truly cares about the animals and the customers. Customer service like hers makes such a difference. This is my new go to pet store! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend asking for Cheyanne if you need help!

We were in Petland looking for some supplies for our dogs. Cheyanne was very helpful and knowledgeable! All of the staff a very friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. In fact we have been in the store multiple times.
