Just a heads-up: if you’re looking to pay anywhere from $3,900 to $5,000 for a dog, be prepared—because the payment plans are awful. We’re talking expensive car-payment-level awful. I’m honestly laughing because it’s that bad… and yes, it really does feel like they’re taking advantage of people. I looked into all of this pretty thoroughly. There’s also very little transparency about the breeders. The information is vague, i could not find these breeders online . That alone is a red flag. This is a pet shop, not a direct breeder. You’re paying for the convenience of getting a dog immediately, in person—and that convenience comes at a huge cost. On top of the price, you still have to buy everything you need to bring a dog home. Even ChatGPT notes they’ve had issues in the past with questiona

We recently purchased a mini dachshund puppy from Petland Scottsdale. We were initially skeptical about purchasing from a pet store. The puppy we purchased was socialized very well before we got her. She is very friendly with visitors, including small children, and is healthy and happy. We couldn’t have asked for a better pet. Thanks to Jo and Chris at the store for their help through the process.

Staff is friendly and true dog lovers. We adore our yellow lab pup- she’s enjoying her sister who’s 3 months older (rescue) and she’s been a perfect addition to our family.

This is such a great petland with the best staff and puppies! The nicest and cleanest pet store I’ve seen. The animals are treated so well with a great size space, food, toys, beds, and water. The puppies also come with a puppy kit and microchipped, lots of benefits! Definitely will be coming here often, I loved this place!

What a very nice shop with wonderful customer service. I picked up these goodies for my babies and spent a nice few minutes playing with the most adorable mini poodle. The very nice gentleman that was working at the shop said I am welcome to spend some time with the pups. I had some extra time to kill in between doctor appointments and really enjoyed this place!
