Petland Oklahoma City

Got my weenie from here. I was initially really upset when I took him home. He cried nonstop for hours. I honestly thought he was sick. I finally gave him a blanket, and he just melted into the sweetest puppy ever. And then I realized, The staff has probably been spoiling him rotten. He's the biggest blanket baby ever. He wasn't just sitting there waiting to get adopted, the staff knew and loved him and treated him like one of their own pets. He was so nervous when he got To my home because I didn't have all of his amenities setup that he was used to 😂. they don't just sell the typical "Puppies in the window". Laura was amazing in giving us all the info on Hank the Tank, the sweetest little French Bulldog you will ever meet, and answer all of our questions we asked. Hank is still up for adoption and is looking for a home. Laura has told us he’s super chill (can confirm he is) and loves to recline and watch NASCAR on Sundays. He is so sweet and does well with other dogs.

Laura helped us adopt Pongo the other day! She was very helpful and professional! Definitely recommend working with her if you are looking to adopt! You can tell they take really good care of their dogs and other animals at this location!

I don't understand how you can have these new born rabbits in the front of the store like this.. they should be away from customers in a dark quiet area with the mother. Even though you're not supposed to touch them it's not going to stop people from trying. They need to be protected and cared for just as much as the puppies are. I have been to Petland many many times for food and supplies for my animals and I've never seen them keep new born rabbits / any animal in the enclosures up front. Please do something about this petland.
