Petland Mall of Georgia

I had such a wonderful experience at Petland in Buford, Georgia! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They answered all of my questions and made the entire adoption process smooth and stress-free. I ended up adopting an English Bulldog named Potato, and she has been the best decision ever. She is lovely, so smart, and incredibly affectionate. She adjusted to our home so quickly, which really shows she was well cared for. The sweetest part? She absolutely adores her little human brother. Watching their bond already form has been so special. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and our new family member. Highly recommend!

Maria C. You were 1000000% amazing ! Thank you for giving us a call when this beautiful baby girl came in she completes our home and our boys love her ! The reason for the 4 stars is due to the pricing the dogs are extremely over priced and taxed. And the financing is honestly HORRIBLE. We were told one price and when we asked in store they assured us that we would have 36 months interest free. That was a line when we got home we reread everything and we actually only have 12 months interest free. Please reread everything while in store! Also according to the managers , pricing is as is, due to owners. Doesn’t seem like they will let puppies go for whatever you’re qualified for. We asked isn’t the goal for the pups to go home with a loving family and the response we got back didn’t make

We went in today and got to play with this cutie pie Pomeranian named Bo!! He was the most adorable and softest baby ever! Incredibly docile as well, let us play with him any type of way, didn't mind how he was being held, and would just let us hold and cuddle with him so it's safe to say he's been well socialized and desensitized. I'm positive whoever adopts him will be incredibly happy! Was told his fur pattern is unique and he has blue eyes, just a gorgeous and sweet baby.

Great experience gave us a lot of time with the dog. Kaydence very sweet and helpful about the dog. She helped us with bo this cute Australian shepherd he's very hyper and sweet

Can't say enough GOOD things about this place! I lost the yellow sticky note with all their names they had wrote down or i would personally shout them out, they were more than amazing! From the associate who we initially met to let us play with Peanut, to the manager who made it happen with getting the 2nd dog that day, PeeWee! Just absolutely incredible staff. Very friendly, loving people! Literally just about single worker had came by to say goodbye to PeeWee and Peanut! Shows you how much they care for these babies! The pups loved the staff/caretakers and it truly showed. We even took them back 2 weeks later in their stroller and they recognized staff and lit up! The paperwork was explained thoroughly by the sweet manager and she was really a rockstar with how amazing she was from start
