They dont pressure you into getting a dog and know very well the prices are high (4-5 thousand) the dogs are well maintained they are in small boxes on the wall (idk how ele to explain it) i lil cramped for the bigger pups but the dogs seem happy to me. There are a small selection of dogs so if they dont have the one you want just come another day(or week) i dont think they have cats but there are bunnies you can pet them n stuff… their cages are pretty big tho so not much bad going in there. They also have little enclosures ig to pet the dog and interact with it which is cool, i got to see 2 pom pups one was white with a lil grey patch… it had pee on its leg 👍😃👍 and the other one was really pretty it was my fav and it also was 5k… i dont have that kind of money for something thats gonna d

READ BEFORE BUYING DOGS PLEASEEEE Hello this is my little dog Oxford we got him on the 28th the staff is super friendly and really do push getting the dog they will let you hold the dog and hold off for a very long time till they tell you the price even when I was able to bargain it down more he was 4.6k we decided to do a payment plan for him they explained to us that it’s worth it doing it through them cause we are able to trust we are going to get a very healthy long lasting dog now they aren’t wrong when you go to a breeder you don’t know what’s going to happen but you also don’t know when you go here we were told all his shots where done (they aren’t) they hand you a sheet with the breeder shots (which the vet they tell you to go to told us that the breeder shots don’t count because m

Service was great, was having a minor issue for financing of course they day I go in but the next day it was good and I was able to get financing for the puppy we wanted, the staff was amazing and so sweet and helping and our baby boy is in amazing shape !

We were in town not looking to get a puppy just yet as we had a loss in our family. We decided to just take a look and we found the most precious baby at petland. We were determined to take her home with us. Now I have gotten many dogs in my lifetime but Melissa was so helpful, she really took her time with us, in making sure we picked the best one. The patience, kindness, and helpfulness we received was one of the best experiences I have had really anywhere. I highly recommend this place and Melissa anytime you ready for a new baby to bring home to your family. I will definitely be letting friends and family know of this place, we are not too far and the drive will definitely be worth it no matter where you are coming from.

TJ was amazing and helped me through the entire process. They sign you up a free trial for Kanguro insurance which is nice but I recommend banfield plans since puppies are prone to vet visits.
