Our experience at Petland Frisco was amazing, and it was all thanks to Aarti. We actually didn’t even plan on getting a puppy that day—we just stopped in to look and learn a little more about the process. As first-time dog owners, we had a lot of questions and weren’t sure what to expect. Aarti’s customer service was exceptional from the very beginning. She took the time to walk us through everything in a way that was clear, patient, and never overwhelming. She explained the entire process step by step and made something that seemed complicated feel very simple and manageable. Conor helped my daughter pick out a dog for her birthday and the entire experience was incredible. He really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find a breed that was low maintenance, family friendly, and perfect for a household with kids. At the same time, he made sure the dog had the kind of personality that would really bond with my daughter. He walked us through all the details about the breed, temperament, and care so we felt fully prepared and confident bringing our new puppy home. What could have been an overwhelming decision actually felt thoughtful and exciting because of how patient and knowledgeable Conor was. We purchased our miniature poodle from Petland in Frisco and had a wonderful experience from the start. After bringing our new fur baby home, we decided to take advantage of the complimentary training they offer. We worked with Caio, and he was fantastic. He guided us through each step of the training process, answered all of our questions, and made sure he understood exactly what we wanted to focus on. His hands-on approach made the sessions both helpful and enjoyable. Our little pup, Riley, was always so excited to see him!
