Great place to watch toddlers kill small animals or buy your puppy mill dogs while other dogs rot at the pound. Went in to get a hamster cage because pet smart was out. And was absolutely disgusted with this place. I’ll never be going back. Literally only one poor teen staff that I saw. Kids terrorizing any and all animals in an open cage. Had to tell some 4 year old who wasn’t being watched by his parent to not grab ever dwarf hamster out of the cage and put them on the floor. Got out of there as fast as I could. I thought it was illegal to sell dogs like that anymore. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t go. These people don’t care about animals.

I recently got a Golden Retriever puppy at this Petland. I found my puppy online and quickly called the store. I told Nate on the phone I was on my way to get him. When I arrived Nate helped me with everything I needed to know and purchase for my new pup. I could not have been happier with the service I received at this Petland. Kylie got my puppy all ready to go, truly amazing job! Extremely satisfied!!! Thank you

Came in on 1/13 to meet with 2 puppies who I had viewed on the site to see which would be a better fit. After deciding who we wanted to take home we began the process, before we started signing anything I told the young blonde female worker helping us that I did not want to make monthly payments larger then $120, she told us that because we were approved for a loan much larger then what the dog we wanted cost that it would be absolutely no problem. Well fast forward 3 hours of signing paperwork later we finally got on the phone with the financing people and the monthly payments they are asking us to agree to were MUCH larger then what the in person employee had told us they would be ( $206 ) including interests rates at 28%. I like meeting the pups but they are about 3-5 times as expensive as they would be if you went direct to breeder. Its the rich persons place to get a dog. You gotta really not care about your money or be completely blind to the true price of a dog in order to get a dog here. But they do got cute pups.

I’ve come to this establishment numerous times and enjoyed almost all of my encounters. Aside from watching small children drop both hamsters and guinea pigs while employees sit on their phones. Aside from that I still enjoyed the overall environment until a recent visits. Usually an employee will offer to get a puppy out for you, however nobody greeted me or spoke to me. That was fine, the real issue was when I my friend and I asked to play with a puppy and the worker basically dismissed me in a very condescending manner. Regardless, I waited in hopes to see the puppy and possibly bring it home with me. However nobody came and I waited by the dogs enclosure for a while as the girl I asked for assistance gave me nasty looks and refused service. I can’t promise I will return after this expe
