Best in town! Always fast to respond and keep you in the loop. Their office is open over the weekends! They take excellent care of your pet! You can feel from the receptionist, techs and vets that they truly have love, care and compassion for the animals! They even have separate rooms for cats and dogs so that the furbabies, can feel more relaxed and comfortable in the office. If you want top-notch service and upscale veterinarians, this is the spot! When I say, this office went above and beyond for my dog, I mean to the stars. ✨ They made it possible to fit us in on a Saturday, for major surgery. Our family girl was on the verge of losing her life due to a bad infection in her uterus, Dr. Smith saved her life 1000%. She took the time to explain everything beforehand, and kept in contact with me thru-out the procedure. She and staff (Michelle, Brittanie, & all behind the scenes) are honestly the best ever. Thank you all again!

My cat Jinxy and I have had our share of veterinarians over the years. She is a bit "spicy" and a bit difficult, so we have not kept up with visits. I could not bare how rough she was handled, with multiple staff trying to hold her down as she fought. She became very ill a few months ago, and after reading the reviews, I took her to see Dr. Smith. She was sick, but still spicy. Sedation was suggested so that labs and testing could be done. She was handled with compassion and care. Not once did anyone make me feel badly for how she acted. Fast forward, she is doing wonderful and it was discovered that an undiagnosed (because no one took time with her) was a primary issue. My husband and I moved across the world and our older dog was really struggling after that long flight. He is 14 and previously was getting acupuncture in Europe. We were desperate to find him some pain relief and were recommended Dr. Uebelhor. She has worked WONDERS. We were able to get him in quickly (while other vets didn’t have appointments for weeks) and she did an acupuncture treatment, red light, and B12 shots for his herniated disc pain and hip dysplasia. Our dog had had incontinence for months and after one session with her, it stopped. We were shocked. She has worked a miracle on our boy and we’re so grateful we found her and her team! Very knowledgeable, kind, and convenient with the ability to make appts even by text message. Highly recommend!

We had an emergency with our dog and PetVet 365 in Florence was absolutely incredible. They squeezed us in right away, but never made us feel rushed. They took their time with us, answered all of our questions, and treated Willie with such kindness and care. On top of that, they even checked on him later that evening, which meant so much to us. We are beyond grateful for the compassion they showed both Willie and our family. Highly recommend!
