The pets here are so well behaved. I met several puppies today and they were all lovable and chill. It’s crazy busy in there. Feel like they need more employees, you can’t get much time with them to inquire about the pets. The poor kitty’s didn’t seem to have much room to explore and run to move their little bodies. Also seem very very expensive. They are asking double the price for these sweet animals then if you “adopted” elsewhere. And seem to kid adopt to anyone that fills the paperwork. We witness a couple with a puppy. The “wife” was verbally mean to the puppy. And saying all sorts of terrible things. Told several workers and they still allowed her to go with the couple. But they did try and do a good job to clean up the accidents that happened as soon as they noticed or were

Such a sweet fur baby! Gaga was so fun and loved playing! Gaga is a great puppy for a new family😊 Alexus helped us and was absolutely amazing!

This store has a wide selection of everything and I very much appreciated the aquarium section as well. It was well maintained and you could tell their staff cared about keeping the tanks looking clean. Will definitely be back.

Love playing with the puppies ND looking at the fish and rabbits. The puppies do come with a package when purchased but I do still like going to humane society just to be honest. But there dog selection is good for all types of wants. Even when not being played with by customers it does seem the staff cares about them. I bet working with cute dogs all day is good for your health and who wouldn't want to go to work lol

Alexus and her coworker were amazing! They made us feel so welcomed. They were so helpful and attentive with all of the dogs and with us we will definitely be back to shop soon!
