Zoom Groom pet salon

I dropped my dog off to be groomed. When I came back, my dog was crying loudly. I heard her when I walked in the door. They cut her quick and super glued the end of the nail to stop the blood. My doggy is not unruly and very friendly that the neighborhood knows her. Will NOT return. Her veterinary office is across the street. I hate to put a bad review but I don’t like my baby cry like she was.

My mom recently took dog here for a full groom. She really like the quality of groom and price. The ladies are so friendly. My pomchi needed refresh after rolling around in the yard. She was so soft and pretty. The price was great. Even went on hike after. Got some great pics with the trolls.

Absolutely love going here!! The ladies are professional and friendly and will even try and squeeze your pup in for a quick bath last minute (if they can). I have been taking my dogs here for the past couple years and don’t recommend anyone to go anywhere else! They will also help bathe kitties too! Took my white fluff ball cat in last year to get shaved because he was matting and I did have to help hold him since he is a brat but it was just nice to have someone in the area willing to do that and not charge 70 bucks for it!

We’ve been bringing our two golden retrievers to Zoom Groom for almost three years and are so happy with the service. The dogs always come home smelling good, feeling fluffy and soft, most of shedding hair has been blown out, ears cleaned, and nails trimmed. They also are fairly affordable for large dogs (especially ones as anxious as mine).

Very friendly staff and always take really good care of my fur baby. No nicks and he's still happy 🤩
