Petland Columbus Upper Arlington

I come here all the time with my brother he loves the baby hamsters. The bunnies are super cute and nice. The puppies are amazing. Great selection of toys and bones and everything for dogs there’s ferrets there’s birds just really nice and fun experience.

We normally don’t have a problem here we’ve been coming here to see animals for the past 3 years and this lady was very rude and told us the cats were resting then 10 mins later someone else was holding the cat. She kept coming by and was picking at everything we were doing. Please educate this young lady😡😡😡 very disappointed in customer service

We bought our Enzo here! Best decision ever. He’s healthy, happy, and was well cared for at Pet land. We were helped by McKenna who was there from the meeting process to purchasing. She was thoughtful and informed us thoroughly so we could be confident we made the right choice. Definitely ask for McKenna when getting your fur baby!

We stopped in this store today because I wanted to look at the birds and my daughter wanted to look at the puppies. I have never seen a more friendly staff! The dogs look so happy and well cared for which, if you have been to other Petland locations you know, is not always the case. What surprised me the most though was the hamsters and the birds. The hamsters are friendly and want to be handled. The birds are not scared of people and want to interact. They are curious and sweet. You can tell the staff not only interact with the animals, they watch to make sure they aren’t mistreated by customers. The ferret was friendly and playful and the bunnies were also sweet. Great place! Fun to bring your kids and interact with hamster and birds- and they let you take a puppy into a little prove space to play with! These animals are very expensive!
