I think they set the standard for good pet care. Companions are sacred and the price is worth it. They select the best like an artist. I am very happy with Alexandria and the staff. Worth every penny. And little Armand loves her too. He sleeps on her. You made me very happy. And that’s hard to do. And what you do is important.

I came into this store today to purchase some things for my new puppy. Although the store was extremely busy the two young lady’s who were running around made sure to help me and the other customers who were in there. Mia was very helpful when I asked about some of their guinea pigs. Regan helped me find some chew toys for my puppy and also helped me with some stuff for my old cat. Overall i was very pleased with my visit and will definitely be coming back!

I stopped in looking for a specific item which was sold out and instead of just apologizing and sending me out the door Natashia went above and beyond to try to help me get what I was looking for. This was by far the best experience I've ever had in a pet store. She was very welcoming and helpful.

I go to Petland often to play with puppies and Natashia is always so kind and welcoming! She is always trying to get the puppies a good home and I am so greatful for her kindness!
