Petfolk Veterinary & Urgent Care - Vintage Park

Our beloved Ladie (Lady) had not felt well for a little over a day so I found PETFOLK online because it was close by and bonus they had a promotion. Her current Vet was in surgery and couldn’t see her until later in the day. The facility is very nice and clean but the real reason for my 5 star review is the staff. I would give them more stars, if it was possible, on their care alone. Both the tech Louis and Dr. Nguyen were amazing (there was a second tech but I didn’t get her name because I mainly had Louis). They tried what they could, giving me options and transparent pricing, to save our sweet girl but unfortunately the best decision was to let her cross the rainbow bridge. Ladie gave us 14+ years of happiness so it was her time. I can’t thank them enough for making the process as easy

My mom found a puppy on her way home. She took her home. She was well behaved and we wanted to keep her. We named her Valentina because we found her on valentine's day. She started throwing up, and this was the only clinic opened today. We booked an appointment and took her. The vet told her she was seizing. They gave us the option for treatment or to put her down. My mom didn't want her to suffer if she didn't get better so we put her down. They were super respectful. They let us see her. It was my first time putting down an animal and it's hard but it's wasn't a terrible experience. They didn't charge us since we found her.

I had to bring my cat in last minute on a Sunday, booking an appt was easy as it was done through the website. They were so thorough and gentle, the wait wasn’t long either. This was such a good first time experience.

Excellent, there's no better word. The entire team was amazing . We were there in an emergency with our puppy (English bulldog) who had swallowed one of my daughter's scrunchie ( Large hair-Tie). They managed to treat him in time. SO HAPPY GREATFULL TO FIND THIS PLACE!

My girl came down with a nasty cough on Friday and her usual vet isn’t open on weekends. I’ve taken her to another place in a pinch but I HIGHLY recommend Petfolk at the Vintage area. If I didn’t already have a vet I love I would definitely use them as her primary. They got her in very fast. The people there were kind and extremely helpful and were sure I understood everything. Absolutely a fantastic place to take your pet 🥰
