Petfolk Veterinary & Urgent Care - Peachtree Corners

I had to find a last minute vet spot for Luna, and I am so glad I found Petfolk! I was one worried momma! The place is super close to my house, clean location, welcoming staff! They reassured me, made sure I understood what was going on with my baby. Meds are given to you right there for you to take home. Needless to say Luna found a new vet! I went in with tears, we both left with a smile! Go see them!

PetFolk app was super easy to get through quickly and make an appt asap. Walked in for appt and was taken to a room right away. First time coming in so Athena listened to my boxer's rescue story and vet Dr came right in for wellness exam. Everything was great! Facility is super nice and new so latest technology and everything is clean. My pupper ended up having an ear infection that we caught during her wellness exam. So we are treating that now. Great first impression and experience so far!

The staff at Petfolk are unbelievably kind and compassionate. I was met with nothing but exceptional courtesy from the moment I called them. They are upfront and transparent about pricing, do not try and push you into pricing plans and offer substantial discounts with plans. The appointment was thorough and every staff member was so gentle with my sweet girl. They also work to get everything they need in one appointment vs having to come back and forth. They answered all my questions and I booked follow up appointments the same day (no hassle having to have a scheduler call me) for the following week. Dr. Eichenbaum was phenomenal and was able to put my mind at ease. We ended up switching veterinary care to this practice from our other practice of 7 years because of the wonderful experienc

Took my dog on the weekend for emergency and they helped check her and monitor her condition through the illness. It seems to have resolved and she is doing well but they really put all the options on the table and helped me with covering the cost. Much appreciated! I like their system for checking back with my dog, also. The office is very cute and I was welcome to be with my dog through the proceedures which was good since I'm worried about her being scared. But she did great! They are super cool.

I was so pleased I found this place and it was open on a Sunday! It is very clean and the staff were very knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Taylor was so sweet with my boy Rambo and gave us some great advice on how to get him feeling better.
