Installation Disappointment. FlorWorx supplies installation of the waterproofing system, Schluter, which was the main reason we chose them. Plus they were highly recommended for great detailed work not just on the Schluter system but professional tile work. We had a week's worth of work for a bathroom install that took 8 weeks due to subcontractor availability or lack of availability and installation not installed correctly the first time. Florworx did not even do a follow up after the first round (I had to call) or final round (never just asked for payment) of completion. In the end the work was completed but a very long and complicated process and mess for 2 months. You do not even want to know how and what the subcontractors left in my garage for weeks.

Florworx installed flooring in our new home. They left a gap between planks, and repaired it with putty while under warranty. When I asked what they would do if the putty did not last, they said not to worry they would stand behind their work. After one year the putty disappeared and they declined to repair it, even after I requested they simply demonstrate the process one time so I could make future repairs myself.

Terri Stephens is our representative and always does an amazing job of servicing our clients when they need carpet or other flooring. I recently placed an order for carpeting and the installers -- Alfonso and Antonio -- were amazing and professional as always. I thoroughly enjoy working with FlorWorx because I know i can depend on excellent product and excellent service!

FlorWorx was used by the builder of our new home. There was a construction issue in the foyer & some of the flooring had to be replaced. Nelson & his coworker did an awesome job & were so pleasant to deal with. Thanks to Jessica in the office for coordinating the work. Really appreciate the good job!

Florworx installed the floors in our house. There is already chipping all over the engineered hardwoods AND the carpet wasn't even pulled all the way to the wall in several places. We are being told we have to pay to get these replaced even though this is clearly due to poor installation and a manufacturer defect from the products. Stay away!
