We’ve been using the Petcove Self-Cleaning Litter Box for over a year now, and it has truly made life so much easier. It keeps the litter area clean and fresh with very little effort on our part, and it runs quietly which is great because it doesn’t bother our cat. We did run into a small issue at one point, but their customer service took action immediately. The response was fast, professional, and reassuring. I especially want to mention Fred, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved quickly. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their product like this. Highly recommend both the litter box and their amazing customer service — especially Fred! 😊

We ordered the purrtek light from this company about a year ago. Unfortunately recently the motor in the rake stopped working. I contacted the customer service department and was responded to by Fred. Fred was absolutely fantastic. He responded within minutes with troubleshooting tips. When troubleshooting did not work he sent a replacement that arrived just days later. The unit itself is great. The customer service is excellent. Would recommend this company ten out of ten times.

After one year of use, there was a small issue with my litter box. I love this machine. I have 2 cats and it gets very used! It has worked flawlessly since it was purchased. I contacted support not knowing what to expect. Turns out the support team is fantastic. Great communication, great customer service, and they were extremely quick to resolve my issue. If it is ever needed, i will not hesitate to but from them again! Highly recommended!

The product has been great and when an issue with the litter box arose, they helped me swiftly and resolved the issue fully. Their text support feature is convenient and a great way to contact them.
