We get our dog groomed here. Linsey is the 1st gromer our dog loves.

So my dog ate a few too many of my kids’ French fries and ended up vomiting in Petco… I felt so bad, but the worker was so nice! I insisted on helping him clean so we chatted and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and understanding he was. Always love Petco!

I had been having trouble with my rewards account and needed to make a pet food purchase. The staff, and one young woman in particular, were most helpful. She "loaded" my reward and credited my account. She rectified my problem with ease and was most reassuring about using the system. Honestly, your reward program could be easier. Please consider us older folks who are eager to learn, but have limits on application. Can't say enough about staff! They are attentive and welcoming every time I am there. Thank you.

I had a discouraging experience today with the grooming front desk. I arrived about 30 minutes early for my dog’s grooming appointment and politely explained that I had to be at work at 1:00 PM, so I was hoping to drop my dog off early. I want to be clear that I was not expecting my dog to be taken back before the appointment time — I simply hoped to drop him off, which I’ve done before. The front desk employee responded in a dismissive tone, stating that my stylist was “busy right now,” pointing to another dog as if to justify why nothing could be done. I fully understand that groomers have schedules and responsibilities, and I was not trying to inconvenience anyone — I was just trying to communicate and understand my options. The grooming staff is excellent. Our 4 legged family member loves Ginny. We are always pleased with the attention and skill she provides.
