Some of the staff are just so helpful and friendly! Of course, great selection of products and reasonable pricing (Dont take this wrong, its on par with others or even cheaper). Their rewards program is great! For the upgrade cost, it saves us a lot of money since we are there 1-2 times months just for the basics! We keep coming back for the staff, on top of the program, selection, and pricing.

If you have a vocal dog that likes to bark, go somewhere else for grooming. Apparently my dog barking twice meant he wasn't allowed to be groomed according to their "groomer," Kei. I had been getting my dog groomed here for many years without a problem. In March 2025 I scheduled an appointment and did the pre-check in. The check in asked specifically if my dog has any behaviors and gave me a list of options. I selected that he is dog reactive and that he barks, but is not aggressive. I get there and wait for someone to actually check us in. The door whips open which stables both me and my dog, and my dog barks just once. The girl, Kei, tells my dog "oh I can't take you back there if you're gonna bark." She puts her hand out my dog sniffs her and walks away. Another dog walks by the window

Jessie their dog trainer is helpful and friendly, and will accommodate and offer makeup classes if one is missed. Appreciate her work!

Fun place to visit if you need to kill some time and check out some of the interesting and cute animals. From the fish to the Boa Constrictor, to the hamsters and ferrets and parrots (OH My!) the store is clean and the animals look well taken care of. Pricing looks about average with supplies for most common pets readily available. Go pick up a new friend today! But remember, having a pet is a responsibility and not something to just impulsively buy. If you have any questions, the staff is pleasant to talk to. So ask those questions before deciding if you really want one.
