My dog wasn't thrilled with the Redford food she was eating. Lydia spent time with me and suggested Open Farm. I bought it on her recommendation. My dog loves it and doesn't seem to have the issues that she had with the Redford brand. Great Job Lydia!

Courtney is amazing groomer. I have a very reactive dog hates getting nails cut or dremled I told her how to work with Samson she listened and has had zero issues with Samson Courtney is so good and realized Samson was reacting to a stuffed dog on the table next to grooming she talked softly to him and removed it and he stopped over reacting Every time we come in for our appointment she always has the dog hidden Samson hates getting into the car and he jumps right in when I tell him we are going to see Courtney for his nails. He makes not a peep when she is doing his nails I am so grateful that she offers to come in early for reactive dogs like my Samson There needs to be more places and groomers trained by Courtney on how to work with dogs with reactive history Samson has zero anxiety whe

Took our puppy to the pop up clinic for her vaccinations. It was fast and easy. 3rd round of shots was $140 including nexguard flea treatment and heart guard plus. Reasonable price and technicians were great!

Lovely experiences here every time I go. They sell a lot of products including homemade dog treats. The employees seem very knowledgeable and like they are animal lovers themselves. I have had the joy of raising ferrets. Usually when I see ferrets in stores they are not taken care of properly. Not so at this pet supply plus! These three healthy ferrets were in a large ferret proof cage, they were not cramped, everything was clean and the cage was in a quiet low traffic area of the store. Ferrets are a very demanding exotic animal and it is a true testimonial to how well the store is run that they are taken care of properly.
