I stopped in to this shop today to look for some gently cooked food options for my pups. I had a great conversation with the staff member Buddy. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. He pointed me to the exact type product I was looking for and answered all of my questions. We chatted about our dogs and he showed me around the store. I would highly recommend this business.

So glad I saw this on the map while looking for interesting stores to visit! Absolutely loved all the selection of dog toys, treats, enrichment etc. They also had a small selection of cat things. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and chatted a long time about my dogs. Seeing as this is my favourite subject, I'm so happy when people ask about them, and rescue work. Highly recommend going to get a treat for your dog!

The best pet store in WNY hands down! Kind and informed staff who go above and beyond! I always enjoy taking my Japanese Akitas to SUPPORT LOCAL.

The store is nice, the people are friendly but if the dog does not eat the food they sell you-they don’t care your stuck with the very expensive food. You can buy it on Amazon and you can also return it on Amazon if your dog does not eat it. Do your not stuck with a 4 lb bag that you just spent over 40$ on.
