Every visit is a pleasant experience. We purchased aquatic animals like two different types of goldfish, shrimp, snails, and African frogs, along with materials for the fish tank. PAYTON was enthusiastic and informed us about a $8 Petco bucket that offered a 20% discount. We appreciate all the useful information and facts about the fish we acquired. Thank you to the manager, KARLA, for ringing us up and adjusting the air supply for our hour-long drive and providing us with even more facts we didn’t know about the fish we got.

Saved My Dog’s Sanity (and Mine Too!) I went into Petco desperate for help. My poor fat Boston Terrier was itching nonstop, waking me up multiple times during the night because he was clearly miserable. I was exhausted and heartbroken watching him suffer. The amazing associate at the register listened to what was going on and helped me pick out several products she personally uses on her own dog. Her advice made all the difference! I went home and used the pills, shampoo, and spray, and almost immediately, the scratching stopped. My dog looked so relieved and happy agai. It was like night and day. The staff was very nice and answered my question about the animals I have. Payton was great and knew a lot about my beared dragon and what I should get. But she did not push me to get anything

I went in last week for a few supplies. The younger gentleman with long brown hair was very rude and would not even answer my questions while I was checking out. I was just checking to see if he had applied my rewards. Without a single word he walked away and a VERY nice manager came and helped me and explained that rewards and pal rewards are not calculated or taken off to the end and she finished checking me out and we had a nice conversation! Huge thank you to her and so sorry to whoever made the other guy grumpy.
