I highly recommend this store and its employees, it is really clean and organized and easy to find what you are looking for. The employees are really nice and friendly and helpful, they make sure you be able to find everything you need. They also are willing to help you find things you can't find and they provide excellent customer service.

I recently purchased a bag of Purina Pro Plan Complete Essentials from the Westminster MD Petco. It came with an infestation of pantry moths which I now have to deal with. I am going to tell the store tomorrow but I doubt they'll do anything. I do not recommend buying any kind of dry goods from this location.

I called today and asked if you could test my fish aquarium water because after doing a clean, the fish weren't eating. I tested the water and the nitrate levels looked like they were high, but hard to tell from the color scheme. They told me you do, so I came in today. Sara was busy cleaning a tank, but quickly helped me. She tested my water sample and agreed that the nitrate level was very high. I asked her what to do and she took me to the chemical isle, pointed out some products explaining what each one does and how to use it. She answered all of my questions and told me what to do next. She was simply AMAZING!!! I wound up spending $140, but have piece of mind. Thank you for providing such expert help. You should advertise that you do that because I couldn't find anyone to help me. Good selection of fish and plants . Jordan has good knowledge and treats you good she's definitely a plus to this store.

I recently visited PETCO of Westminster on Englar Road. I had customer service issues with returning some items. Their manager, a young pretty young lady named Nicole, immediately came to task and avoided any corporate red-tape that would have blocked my 34-day old return. I was SO IMPRESSED with her professional knowledge factors that i felt inclined to write this review. I hope her regional and corporate managers see this positive review on their very competent EMPLOYEE, MISS NICOLE IN WESTMINSTER, MARYLAND...ADIOS..MR. COX.
