Dont waste your time doing online order pick up in store, they took the money, canceled the order,and then offered me to repurchase in store (for 20% more since the discount was for an online order pick up only). Talked to customer service, they cant do anything and told me just dispute it with bank- such a damn headache for no reason. Also never bothered to notify me in any way- it took driving 30 minutes to the store after the order status kept changing on the app to see what was happening. Very frustrating and zero help at the store in explaining what happened or anything. Manager wouldn't come out and the cashier was zero help. Also hey directly told me they price match their own prices online, but then 3 minutes later when we got to a cheaper item- flat out refused to match their onli

I was so excited to find a spot to get my girl groomed and wash. Service took close to 4 hours and unfinished. Her fur was wet and destroyed. Choppy layers and over cut . Worst cut ever . Even my friends immediately notice how awful her fur looks. I was told she was matted but I brushed her fur the day before and she gets groomed often but her groomer was out of town. I was charged extra $30 for taking extra time brushing her hair. I would have appreciated a call to let me know the situation. She was inspected prior to getting service. I left your facility shaking because I was so upset over the whole situation. I don’t ever complaint but the service provided was so poor. I rather get a call explaining the situation and why they are unable to do a proper cut and I was have gladly come pic

My first time at this store and will more than likely be my last. There was not a single cart or basket in sight upon walk-in. Employees were using the carts. The selection of the food I came for was average at best. Store is kind of dark too. It's not conducive for leisurely shopping. Not impressed.

Already spoke to corporate about this and they offered to refund my vet fee but I declined as I think it’s just important to bring awareness to the lack of transparency this place has with you when They injure your dog. I went back and forth for a couple weeks on whether or not I was going to write this review but the more I sat on it the more angry I got. My daughter took her dog there to be groomed a few weeks ago and from the jump the experiences just felt off. The girl we dealt with was a tall blonde haired girl. Limited choices for several items. Basically, I couldn’t find the 2 things I went looking for - at all. And the only dog coats that would handle really cold weather for a large, severely underweight dog were all very small. Then when I went to check out, I had an armful of small things and the cashier informed me there were no bags. So I would have to juggle carrying about six small items while carrying keys and with a new, untrained dog on a leash. *Then* the cashier let me know she had no small bills, so my change included $3 in quarters. I offered to sell her some small bills and she said she wasn't allowed, but then made no effort to notify her manager she needed change before beginning to ring up the next customers.
