Excellent experience shopping with our pup. The employees were outstanding with helping us find the products we were looking for and suggesting other items too. Very pleasant atmosphere. Would definitely recommend a trip there!

Petco in Washington Missouri is my go to for all my pet needs. We have 5 cats 4 dogs and a leopard gecko. No matter what we need or what questions we have the staff is always there to help. The leopard gecko was unexpected and we had no clue what we were doing, they helped me get what I needed, not trying to get me to buy stuff I didn’t need. And educated me on proper care for our new lil lady. Thank you Petco of Washington staff!

I was greeted upon entering the store. I did not need assistance as I knew what I wanted and where it was. Checkout was quick. James, the cashier, was very friendly and helpful at checkout. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

I went to Petco to get different snacks for my fur babies! Of course I always need to browse around! I got greeted by 3 different associates during my browsing, all friendly and asked it I needed assistance! Of course I replied no thanks! I'm just looking around right now! Alas! I found a small squeaky orange dashhound for my mini Yorkie! See what you find when you browse! I would have given a five,but I didn't need assistance except to check out! My Yorkie does have a grooming appointment coming up soon! She loves the groomers!

Just not up to par, we ordered online and then pulled into a spot and waited. Not in a hurry at all. It was a small order. They brought it to the car, ask our name, and handed it over, turning quickly to leave. Low and behold, I was missing a fish sandwich 🫥 fine...I went in to get it, and the girl who I interacted with outside was behind the counter. I cought her attention and said I was missing an item. She said just a sec. Soon she comes back to the counter and waits on another customer, then again tells me she'll be right back. Then she went out the door with another order!!! Terrible service... Eventually someone else asks what I needed. I got my fish and a lesson. Don't stop at this Mcds on your hwy 50 travels.
