I am so thankful for this place and for them saving my dogs life! My dog had a foreign object obstruction and where I live (ST LOUIS) all the clinics were going to charge 4000-6000 and this place charged me under 1,000! I was distraught over the fact of not having the funds to get my dog the surgery she needed and having to put her down but luckily this place made it possible for me to get her the life saving surgery she needed. Everyone was so friendly and took great care of my pup. I will be returning in the future!

We’ve went to Doctor Smith for years, but he is the only vet up there I can somewhat recommend. Recently my cat had been brought in for concerns related to diabetes. The vet who saw him was not our usual and said they had to switch the glucose meter back to recording it for “cats” and that it was set on “dog.” She said his glucose was over 400, making him diabetic and automatically prescribed him 2 shots of insulin a day. We did as instructed, gave the proper dosage. Then my cat stopped eating, stopped drinking and became very lethargic. They recommended us to take it down to one shot. It only got worse. They gave him a fluid shot that did nothing and recommended us to continue the insulin. That was the day that I had enough and stopped giving him the insulin because I noticed these issue

My puppy had an eye infection. He received great care and some antibiotic ointment. This was his first visit. They made him feel safe. Which is a big deal!!

I was recommended this clinic by my groomer who my dog LOVES, but unfortunately they do not live up to her recommendation. When calling you immediately get put on hold and most of the staff (not all) provide unfriendly customer service in person and on the phone. I pray my dog recieved special care and love, but it is difficult to know who the Dr. or staff is or who performed the procedure. Wait times for appointments are too far out and was offered no explanation as to why. Based on my interactions in person and over the phone I cannot recommend this clinic.
