Petco

many thanks to the knowledgeable employee who helped me get set up for my snowflake whites tree frog! She spent probably a solid hour with me talking through the options, making sure I had everything I needed, and ensuring I was getting the best deals possible. frog has been active and seemingly enjoying exploring her new habitat :) while I'm normally not a big-box pet supply supporter, my only local reptile/amphibian store kept its animals in poorer conditions, and I felt I was purchasing a happier and healthier frog from this petco. Customer service was just fantastic; i didn't feel like the employee helping me was trying to push a sale or usher me out the door, just really spending the time to make sure me and my new pet were set up for success together.

I got 3 neon tetras last night, and a snail. I should’ve known to not purchase them because I had asked for 6, and all of them were dead in their tank except for the 3. I woke up this morning to them dead. Please do better petco! Someone clearly isn’t caring for the fish in their tanks unfortunately.

I enjoyed my visit to this Petco. They have a great range of animals and fish, and they were all quite active during my time there. The store is large, and there are plenty of products for pretty much anything pet related. I like the doggie treat bar, and the gerbils were pretty amazing. Stop in sometime you can even take your dog.

Absolutely awful! Dirty tanks, dead fish. Waited for help for 20 minutes and then said forget it and walked out.

This place is looking run down. I have brought 2 dogs here separate occasions and each time there's an excuse. One of my dogs I wanted the de shedding package but it was like they just gave her a bath didn't brush her at all so on the car ride home her fur was blowing ALL over the car just flying off in chunks. The second dog they pretty much just gave a wash and dry and trimmed her feet. I feel like I payed for services that they obviously didn't even attempt to do. Seek alternatives because from experience they are much better than this place. I included photos of all the fur that I had to brush off of my dog when I bought her home from being groomed.
