Caitlin did an amazing job for my husky. She took the time to ask questions at check in. I would definitely recommend. The front store was also accommodating as well. Clean and neat store.

I used to enjoy their grooming services, Autumn was amazing, provided advice, and was always pleasant with my pup. My experience today was the complete opposite. Not only was I precharged for services, I was overcharged at the end. And the haircut is the worse he's ever had. I can get over the cost but the insensitivity, demeanor, and unpleasantness let's me know I will never return to this location.

Everyone at this store is so beyond friendly to the pets and their humans. In particular, Owen is always so happy to see Spencer, our labradoodle, and will always give him just a few extra pets. Spencer is just as happy to see Owen when he’s working! Fantastic location, super clean, and some of the best employees in the area.

Caitlin did an amazing job with my lab puppy. He was definitely nervous to get his nails trimmed, but Caitlin was so patient and worked through it with such a calming energy. We will definitely be back!

My daughter and I love going to this store. The staff is always available and very helpful. And Lindsey, the manager, is amazing!
